I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel by the Harbor in Husavik, Iceland, and I must say, the culinary experience there was truly exceptional. One evening, I indulged in their special Icelandic Meat Soup Lunch, which was not only flavorful but also accompanied by a fascinating talk from the renowned Exploration Museum founder, Orly Orlyson. the combination of hearty soup and insightful storytelling made for a memorable dining experience. During another meal, I opted for the classic Fish and Chips at a nearby spot, merely 0.64 km away, adding a local touch to my gastronomic exploration. For breakfast, I visited Salka Coffee House, a charming spot only 0.53 km from the hotel, where I found simple yet satisfying delights to start my day. If you're a culinary enthusiast seeking a blend of fine dining and cultural immersion, Hotel by the Harbor is worth a visit.
